We understand when it comes to buying a used or refurbished computer at local repair shops or flea markets you never know what you're going to get and how it's going to perform. Sometimes you might even regret buying it causing you to lose money.

We at JC Home Computer Services are committed to being different from the others. We strongly believe we offer a whole new approach to computer services, but now we want to bring that improved quality approach to selling computers. Here's how we sell 'em differently from others...

EVERY desktop computer we'll be selling will be delivered to us factory refurbished & will also go through our Exclusive 24-Point A+ Certified Quality Inspection.

EVERY computer we sell & plan to sell must meet these three minimum system requirements in order to be sold to any customer...or we will simply not sell it.

• Computer must pass our Exclusive 24-Point A+ Certified Quality Inspection.
• Computer must have the COA (Certificate of Authenticity) sticker on the case somewhere.
  The COA is the license activation key you need to properly activate your copy of Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, or 7. We say this because we have come across many customers who have purchased PCs without this COA. So when it comes time for a major repair, they have to purchase the Windows operating system software in order to restore their Windows back on their PC which can cost AT LEAST $100.00 JUST for the software.
• Computer must NOT have ANY illegal/pirated software installed on the system.
  We mention this because of so many of our customers experiencing this type of service with numerous other technicians out there. We DON'T install ANY illegal/pirated software on our computers we service or sell.

We currently do not have any desktop PCs in stock for sale. However, we do order them when customers are interested in purchasing one which can take only 3 days for us to receive it. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we can provide you with a photo and the specifications of the desktops we can get for you. Most desktops we sell sell for $200.00 or less.

We currently DO NOT sell any laptops at all. We strongly believe in providing quality computers at affordable prices so we don't just sell any laptops we come across just to make a quick buck because we don't believe they are worth purchasing. We set high standards on the computers we plan to sell so as a small home based business, we currently don't keep them in stock.

We do provide our FREE professional advice on whether we believe a certain laptop you are looking into at a local repair shop, flea market, or wherever is really worth the money. We have come across many customers who have purchased used laptops and have lost money in the process and regretted their purchase.

So if you like, ask the seller what is included with the laptop and the specifications of the laptop as in the type and speed of the processor, size of hard drive, amount of system memory installed and whatever else the seller can provide. After you get that information, give us a call and we'll let you know our opinion if it's a good deal or not a good deal. We just want to prove that we are here to help you and be different compared to any other techs out there.
